The Social Security Listing of Impairments is one way to be found disabled and be approved for benefits by the Social Security Administration. The Listing is a list of many known medical conditions and the symptoms they have. If your medical impairment is found in the Listing, or “equals” a similar impairment in the Listing, you might qualify for benefits.
